Your Boardroom and your mentors build everything around your answers, so be honest and be specific. Rough is fine. It takes about 15 minutes, and finishing it unlocks Session 1.

A team of marketing specialists that works on your business with you, every Monday and in between.

Set it up in Claude

  1. Open the Claude app and go to Customize > Skills. Upload the four skill files one at a time (they are in the folder under install/skills, or download them below).
  2. Create a new Project called Brotherhood Boardroom.
  3. Paste everything from PASTE INTO INSTRUCTIONS into the project's instructions.
  4. Give Claude access to your Documents > Brotherhood Boardroom folder.
  5. Start a conversation in the project. That's your Boardroom.
